The development of new antibiotics for severe enteric infections remains a critical global health priority, yet significant scientific and translational challenges continue to slow progress.
As part of the GNA NOW project, leading experts will gather at the GNA NOW Symposium during the Global AMR Innovators Conference (GAMRIC) 2026 to discuss recent advances and identify priorities for the development of new antibacterial treatments for severe enteric disease.
To make these discussions accessible to the wider AMR community, the AMR Accelerator and GNA NOW are pleased to host this webinar featuring two of the scientific presentations delivered during the symposium.
In this webinar co-organised with the COMBINE project, participants will hear the latest updates on the GNA NOW Target Product Profile for severe enteric infections, together with new insights into the relationship between in vitro and in vivo preclinical enteric disease models and their implications for antibacterial research and development.
