This webinar described the benefits of using FAIR approaches in data handling, where results from your studies are made Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable. The “ins and outs” of working with data were described and how teams can establish a streamlined analysis workflow in the projects. The group also demonstrated the GRIT42 software tool which was used in the AMR Accelerator to aggregate, store and analyse important data sets including reference data on antibiotic and anti-TB compounds from in-vitro and in-vivo studies.
